Ya-they're PRETTY FRIGGIN LIGHT-and also they come WITH the rear rotor, new bearings and the other stuff to just bolt em right on.I "think" the site said-8 lbs for the front(may have been 6)(with rotors, and a bit more for the rear, but not much).Comes with carriers and all.NICE PRICE actually for the whole shebang!I want a set-oh yes-they'd look AWESOME on my bluebird! You don't need to buy a sprocket if your present one is okay-or tires-or spacers.Or pads.

So you got your BST's?We need a ride report my man!!!I was going that direction myself before these carrozerria's came out.My ONLY concern with the Carro's is...they look a tad thin in the center there-apparently they're plenty strong.......but?One year warranty-you think that's good(?) or do ya think it actually says something else(reading between the lines)?

^^Good question on the strength. I'd talk to someone who knows forging.
BTW, there is a guy on bikeland in the classifieds who has a set of Carros for about $1300. Gold. Mass had an announcement in the For Sale section here.
Hurry up. GO!

Hey, DARRYLE, have you received your BST wheels yet? They are made in South Africa and are the real deal, apparently. What did they cost you? In SA they are 29000 rand which is about 3670.00 USD. Let me know. Cheers.

Apparently Carrozzreias are 15% lighter then stock,Marchesinis 25% and BST 40% lighter .I dont know how true that is.Talk to masszx14 he helped me decide on the BST's Blue it will probably be April before I'm riding again. We have to get rid of the snow and then some rain to wash the salt and sand off the roads

You know Darryl-I feel the SAME WAY.At least I know I aint gettin any more speeding tickets for several months. But hey-----I'M BACK AT IT TODAY!!!WooHooo!!!Had a really good ride. The roads are dry and there's NO gravel or anything on em.Goin again tomorrow if possible.Switched back to my stock gearing though.17/43 was KILLING my mileage yep-way worse than the 16/42.31 mpg with the 17/43.NO WAY am I gonna run out of fuel that quick!80,90 mph,it was suckin it right away. It's cool-haven't run my baby stock since I installed the TiForces and the Jeffo map.Should be just fine the way it is(for now).I'm actually thinkin about returning my bar set up to the Helis/Genmar combo again as well.I don't know-the LSL's are really nice for the cruise factor-ya-very nice. But I kinda miss that "clipon" feel. We'll see.Try to get out if ya can there!

Montany-yep.they "chemical" the roads, and throw gravel sometimes. But out in the wild blue(there's that BLUE again!)the roads get dry fast, and they're fairly wide,so it allows for a nice "spirited" ride when they do dry out.Just gotta be careful in the Canyons sometimes-the ice doesn't always melt away. But it doesn't take long for the ice to get gone if the temps are in the mid to upper 30's.Mainly I stay on the main roads here when it's icy. It's those "less traveled" puppies that'll get ya.Course, the main roads here are quite twisty at times and lovely! So it's all good for a winter run!
